Hardware Customization

  • SoM Customization

    DDR and EMMC brands can be specified according to customer needs, and the memory and storage capacity can be modified; the pin-out sequence of the existing system on module can be customized, as can system on modules of different shapes and sizes (board-to-board, gold finger, BGA, LGA, stamp hole, etc.).

  • Carrier Board Customization

    After the user chooses Firefly system on module, we redesign the carrier PCB to meet specific interfaces and functions. We can also fine-tune the existing baseboard, change some interfaces and functions, and choose not to solder components during the production process to meet the customer's cost-down and appearance structure requirements.
